At the time of booking, a 25% deposit is required in order to hold the reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation but are applied to your total balance.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and the size of the order. We offer free delivery within 10 miles of our Hancock location, with flat rates for nearby areas and distance-based pricing for farther locations. All delivery pricing includes delivery and pickup over the course of your event.
Items must be returned on time, clean, packed as delivered, and in good condition — or additional fees will apply.
If delivery is included in your rental, someone must be there to receive the items otherwise delivery will not take place.
Additional charges apply for after-hours services or site-assistance.

For orders with tents, customer pickup and drop-off is not an option. For safety reasons the Isle Event Rentals staff must set up. Proper installation is critical to ensure the tent is securely anchored, structurally sound, and safe for guests. Because of this requirement, delivery and setup are mandatory with all tent rentals.

For safety and compliance, any stage taller than 29 inches must include guard rails. If guard rails are required for your stage rental, this will be discussed during planning and priced accordingly.
Stage stairs, ramps, skirts, and other accessories are not included with standard stage kits and are available for an additional charge.

The renter is responsible for proper use, power supply and safety of the rented items.
No misuse, altering of the rented items, or unauthorized possession allowed.
No refunds for downtime due to transit, weather, or non-use.

If an issue arises during your rental, please immediately notify Isle Event staff, the options will include repair or replacement.
Isle Event Rentals is not responsible for issues caused by user error or severe weather.
Renting through Isle Event Rentals requires a signed agreement to all terms and policies.

Explore our collection by browsing categories and gathering your favorites in your cart — and if you’re unsure, we’ll gladly guide you based on your venue and event layout.

Submit Quote
Next, submit a quote request by selecting the cart icon and then clicking “checkout”. Your selections should be in your cart, which should be automatically added into the “submit a quote” page. Add in any more event details so we can confirm availability and provide a customized quote based on your selections.
3.
Sign + Pay Deposit
When you’re ready, reserve your rentals by signing the agreement and paying a deposit; we’ll review quantities and outline the next steps.
